          As we all know, labor personnel work on the front line of manufacturing construction products, and their specialized skills directly affect the quality of construction products. The development and growth of enterprises must be supported by relatively stable teams of personnel with continuously improved specialized skills.

          In the face of increasingly fierce market competition and rapidly changing internal and external environment, Shengan Construction established a wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai Zanxiang Construction Labor Service Co., Ltd., in 2018, with the purpose of reserving sufficient labor resources as well as cultivating and developing its own key technical personnel and high-quality labor operation teams with whom the company will develop long-term and stable cooperation, thereby providing high-quality services for engineering projects.

          With the increase of demand, labor subcontracting enterprises continue to expand. However, due to insufficient training, the technical quality and practical skill of rural migrant workers in the construction industry continue to decline; and they have very weak sense of protection for safe production, as well as little training in basic operation skills and operating procedures, while their wage level continues to rise.

          The primary task of our labor service company is to cultivate a high-quality self-owned construction team, and to minimize production costs and improve efficiency under the condition of continuously improving construction quality and effectively ensuring safe production.
